We have received so many e-mails asking for more information regarding the extra-nights issue, so here are some more details and clarifications for you: For those who need to stay in "Maadi Hotel" before or after the pre-GA: Person in a triple room: 18 Euros (Bed & Breakfast) Person in a double room: 20 Euros (Bed & Breakfast) Person in a single room: 33 Euros (Bed & Breakfast) For those who need to stay in Hurghada before or after the GA in "Les Rois" hotel: Person in a triple room: 18 Euros (Half-Board) Person in a double room: 20 Euros (Half-Board) Person in a single room: 33 Euros (Half-Board) For those who want to stay in "Le Meridien" before or after the GA: Person in a triple room: 35 Euros (Half-Board) Person in a double room: 50 Euros (Half-Board) Person in a single room: 75 Euros (Half-Board) v People who want to stay in "Le Meridien" should notify us before 8th of July 22:00 GMT. v People who want to stay in "les Rois" or "Maadi Hotel" should notify us before 15th of July 22:00 GMT. You should know that the nights of the 31st of July& the 7th of August are not counted in the GA package. You will have to book them as Extra-Nights. The same goes for the night of the 27th of July & the night of the 31st of July regarding the Pre-GA. Those two nights are not counted in the pre-GA package and should be booked as Extra-Nights. Dearest members of the IFMSA,
This mail is to call for items of the agenda of the 5th and last meeting
of the officials of this term.
The goals for this meeting include: normal proceedings of the Executive
Board and Team of Officials, preparing for the AM2005, closing the year,
evaluation etc.
I am following the discussions on the list and will of course include
the points and your points of view to the agenda and meeting.
Please send your inputs for the agenda as soon as possible and before
the 13th of July to Stephanie Böttcher and myself on gs@ifmsa.org
